Products & catalog

We supply certified spare parts for Leonardo (AW139, AW169, AW189) and Airbus (H125, H130, H135, H145) helicopters. Parts are categorised by type: SV (service), OH (overhaul), NE (new), NS (surplus).

These are part types: SV = service parts, OH = overhaul, NE = new, NS = surplus. They indicate the origin and certification status of each component.

Yes. In-stock items are shown with an "In stock" badge. We typically ship within 24–48 hours with DHL for express delivery.

Documentation

The EASA Form 1 is the European certificate of conformity attesting that a part has been manufactured, maintained, or released in accordance with approved data. It is the standard traceability document for aviation parts in Europe.

Yes. FAA Form 8130-3 or equivalent documentation can be provided on request for parts intended for use in the United States or other FAA-regulated jurisdictions.

EASA documents are available on each product page when applicable. Log in to access and download. For additional copies or FAA docs, contact rfq@aviaco.fr.

Each part is supplied with full traceability: EASA Form 1, manufacturer data when available, and release certificate. FAA form 8130-3 on request.

Shipping & delivery

We offer express delivery with DHL in 24–48 hours for in-stock items. Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number once shipped.

Yes. We ship to operators, MROs, and distributors worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We use DHL for express international shipping. Rates are displayed at checkout. For large or hazardous shipments, we can arrange custom logistics.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking in "My Orders" in your account.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) securely via Stripe. For large or recurring orders, we can arrange bank transfer or other terms.

Yes. All card payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details.

For established customers and bulk orders, we can accept purchase orders. Contact rfq@aviaco.fr to discuss payment terms.

Prices are displayed in EUR. Your card may charge in your local currency — conversion is handled by your bank. For large orders, we can discuss invoicing in other currencies.

Quotations & bulk orders

Yes. Our catalog reflects main stock, but we source parts through our network. Send your part numbers or requirements to rfq@aviaco.fr and we will check availability.

Yes. For bulk orders and recurring purchases, we offer competitive pricing. Request a quotation with your requirements for a tailored offer.

We aim to respond to all quotation requests within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CET). Urgent requests are prioritised.

Returns & refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Request a refund from your account under "My Orders". See our Returns & Refunds page.

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Parts are inspected before dispatch; defects are rare and resolved promptly.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Yes. Aviaco is a Part 145 approved maintenance organisation. We specialise in dismantling and recertification of helicopter components with full airworthiness documentation.

Yes. Full traceability from source is provided with each part. Our quality system is verified by independent auditors. We work with approved suppliers for authenticity and compliance.

We supply a mix: OEM parts, surplus, recertified, and serviceable components. Each item is clearly documented. All meet regulatory requirements for installation.
